What is MicroID Environmental testing?

What if you had the visibility for areas with high counts of bacteria and if those counts contained deadly pathogens? Through MicroID testing, we can identify pathogens that may be present in your healthcare facility, like Mrsa, Staph, and even SARS-CoV-2, the Coronavirus that causes COVID-19.
After swabbing contaminated areas and collecting air samples, we submit all specimens to a certified lab partner for environmental analysis to identify specific microorganisms within 24-72 hours.
The results establish a microbial baseline, including any identified pathogens, that informs the intensity of recommended disinfection cadence by a skilled DisinfectWell technician to decontaminate your healthcare environment.

Why MicroID testing?

MicroID is a microbial baseline test of surfaces and air within your healthcare facility. MicroID helps us understand what microorganisms are present in your healthcare facility. We leverage this data to recommend an appropriate disinfection program and subsequent testing frequency in line with your preference or definition of mitigating contamination risk.
MicroID Pathogen Rule out Testing
Specific microbial tests that rule out the presence of particular pathogens (including SARS-CoV-2, the Coronavirus that causes COVID-19) on surfaces and air in your healthcare environment. We offer MicroID Pathogen Rule-out Testing for viruses, bacteria, and fungus upon request or recommended by us when we see significant spikes in microbial contamination during routine ATP testing between disinfection service events.
